I'm an employee of FCI, Kapurthala, Punjab Region, North Zone.
My designation is AG-III (Tech.)
I've joined FCI on 04-04-2011.

May anyone help you to inform whether I'm applicable for the new recruitment by FCI for the posts AG-III (Genl.) & AG-III (Depot) for the East Zone and if I'll be passed the Written exam and CPT and ultimately appointed , is there will be any boundary/ restriction from FCI Management to leave the present posting?

Will the FCI Administration leave me to join for the new appointment in East Zone?

In context, I'm from WB Region (East Zone) and my aged parents have been fallen in serious physical condition recently.

I'll be highly grateful if someone will kindly inform the above.

With thanks & regards,

Yes,
You can apply. You can now apply for East Zone and appear in the Exam. You just tick East zone in preference and select any exam centre nearby your place of posting. But take permission from the competent authority i.e. G.M (Region) before or after application. If you get selected in the new recruitment, you have to resign your current post and join in East Zone. If you not seek permission, your resignation may not be accepted by the CA and in that case you will be in trouble. Hope I have been able to clear your queries.

- Yours faithfully,
- Tapas.

Dear,
I have every sympathy with  the aspirant.Even he should rather be posted nearer to his home .But if you please have time  and want to encourage him , give him a period  for teaching  english grammer first.

It is very unfortunate to make such personal comments for anyone ,whatever the designation one is having we should avoid to make such remarks and maintain ones dignity. It is highly regretted that such remark is being posted in this group .I am fully agree with Mr. Prince 's view in this regard.

I am not moderating mails with an expectation that the users of this platform are Officers and they know how to behave but it seems that some miscreants are using it in disguise by using official email id. I believe they are not from Officer fraternity.

If I start seeing mails this may affect free flow of thoughts which may not be good.

If you all agree I may stop mails originating from nic.

As officers we need to maintain our dignity. Those who use this forum to voice their problems are our own people and even though they may not be able to present their plight in queens English but they need to be treated with sympathy and compassion.Because a person is not aware of the rules or regulations that is why he or she chooses this avenue to seek guidance and advice. It may not always be possible to do what may be required to be done but at least we can be civil in our reply.BUT THIS FORUM MUST CONTINUE
