Hope you received my yesterday's email inviting you to our workshop being organised on 2nd Nov. 2016 at IPE's Auditorium Osmania University campus to discuss on limited topics Viz: PMS PRP and other components of variable pay for consideration by the 3rd pay committee. This assignment was given to IPE by DPE.

We are required to submit our final report to DPE on 11th November 2016. Hence we have a very short time. What we need is the support of NCOA and other officers associations , as well as the management Representatives to furnish data as per the questionnaire enclosed to my yesterday's mail and in specific the case studies/ cases of anomalies, and their participation. Kindly do you your best in both regards. From our end we are sending invitations to all HR heads

Suggest us what we need to do to get a better response for our questionnaire as well as participation. Kindly note that there is no delegate fee for your participation in this workshop as the same is being organised by IPE on its own .
