Pension n post retirement benefits for FCI employees

Kindly inform me of the developments taken place regarding above schemes.  Yesterday huge bills have been approved in parliaments.  Whether our's is covered in that.

today only cabinate headed by Prime Minister aproved the pendion scheme and post retirement medical benifit wef 1.12.2008.
