Sir
Many year has passed since we are getting the news that FCI management is trying to bring the pay-scales of its officers at par with its sister concern CWC (at least if not parallel to Maharatna cos.).The time has come for implementation of new pay-scale w.e.f.2017.
Is their any improvement on this issue? Are we going to achieve our goal before new pay-scale implementation? What is the outcome of our proposed pension plan? One more thing laborers are getting salaries/incentives to the tune of minimum rs.100000.00 per month. From where the government is providing budget for this expenditure and the nos.of laborers are at-least five times that of all officers combined together. The action taken by laborers is resorting to work to rule.
Army has received their long-pending demand of one rank one pension only after their agitation and the matter was finalized in a hurry within 03 months of their agitation which has a many fold implication on governments revenue/fiscal compared to the justified demands of FCI.
Can we devise any suitable action plan to put pressure on the government. One action may be to stop procurement during procuring season(it will be a very harsh action towards farmers of our country.)
