Harrasement to exemployee/Sr.Citizen by non payement of arriers since last one year.

Sir,
I the undersigned M.D Chiniwar Rtd. Manager (QC),beg to submite that,I have been granted Incriment for complition of 3 yrs. by your office and issued order on 18/08/2015,i.e exactly one year from today, inspite of repeated reminder to dealing assistant at FCI,Pune till today I have not recieved the arriers payement.
I have put 38yrs. of service to FCI, I am gatting such type of treatment from FCI,Pune.
It is requested to look into the matter and direct to the concern officer,official to make the payement at once with 9% intrest for delay in payement w.e.f 01/01/2016.
