Local Arrangements

Hi All,

The local arrangement for the program is going on. I have attached an excel sheet which has the status of the local arrangement items.

There are several items we are cleared and some of the items  are pending.

Please be free to add items to it if I have missed out anything.

Hi Jibit,

A small suggestion. We may need a room with a single stove,gas for full time ,so as to provide any food requirements(need not provide food) for kids who are very small. Mothers are coming with kids of age 1 onwards.So may need to prepare something at least during the break time.If its taken care hen pls ignore.Thanks.

yes.. yes.. for kids who are very small ... but around 6ft height, hope Rajan is also in that list. ;-) Kellog's Corn flakes N Junior Horlicks.. Plz....
