Faith Conference - General Instructions

Thanks and Praise to God almighty for bringing us all together through Faith Conference...

Dear Coordinator,

Very happy to see that we all are doing our best to prepare for faith Conference and Good to see the efforts each one of us is taking in our zones to make this beautiful. 

As we entering to the program this saturday, Please note this general Instructions and communicate it to all participants to your zone without fail.

    a) Carry a complete Bible and Blanket.

    b) Request them to go for Confession and Mass

    c) Pray 1 Our Father, 1 Hail Mary , 1 Glory and pray for the intentions of Pope.

For Coordinators Information -

1.  Once again Confirm the participants count from your zone and ensure that all will be coming. 
   
2. Please ensure the transportation of the participants and the priest and nuns from your Zone.
3. Accommodation for all participants will be in the school  itself.( Girls and Boys are accommodated in separate school.)
4. Priest and religious accommodating is arranged in a Seminary( Jyothi matahlayam, Okkiyampettu). Transportation is arranged to the accommodation center.
5. Families and Elders are accommodation is arranged in Jesus Youth families itself. Please share the exact count of this to Antony Tharian or Deepa Chechi today itself (9962872976)
6. Program starts at 8.00am on Oct 12th Saturday with break fast.

Venue address and Route -

Venue - St. Sebastian's Matriculation School , Rajendra Prasad Street, Pallavaram ,Chennai ( 2Kms From Chennai Air Port).

Route From-

Chennai Central railway station -  

1. Walk to Local train station - Park Station  (There is another station with name 'Park town' which is a wrong station).
   
2. Take tickets to Pallavaram.
3. Board the train that goes to Tambaram side and get down at Pallavaram station.
4. Come out of the station and walk towards Pallavaram main road which goes to Tambaram.
5. After reaching Pallavaram main road, walk towards Tambaram side, take a right turn at the first signal.
6. walk for 300 meter staright, after a temple it will reach dead end T - junction.
7. On the right side you can see the venue.

Chennai Egmore railway station -  

1. Take ticket to pallavaram from the same station
2. Move to local train platform where train to tambaram stops.
3. Board the train that goes to Tambaram side and get down at Pallavaram station.
4. Then follow the step 4 onwards from the above route

People Coming by bus, need to get down at either Perungalathur or Poonamalle. No need to go Koyambedu(CMBT)

People Form Pondichery try to come through tambaram/Perungalathur route.

From Perungalathur  - 

1. Get down at Perungalathur Bus stop.
2. Take any bus goes to pallavaram.(There are lots of buses.)
3. Get down at pallavaram bus stop.
4. Walk towards the direction from bus came.
5. Take a right turn at the first signal.
6. walk for 300 meter staright, after a temple it will reach dead end T - junction.
7. On the right side you can see the venue.

From Poonamalle - 

1. Get down at Poonamalle Bus stop.
2. Take any bus goes to Pallavaram.(Bus Number - Any 66 series bus)
3. Then follow the step 4 onwards from the above route.
