Dear Consultant Practicum students:

I am looking forward to our first class together, beginning Monday, January 28th, 4-6, and getting to know all of you.  Attached is an updated syllabus and handouts for our first meeting.  I would ask that, in addition to reading the first chapters of Flawless Consulting before this class, that you take a good look at the three existing MOUs (attached) for FCG clients. Also, please bring specific questions and comments about effective contracting and estimating of projects in general, as this will be our first workshop topic.

For the second half of the class on Monday, we will be referring to two other strategic planning handouts. These are also attached, and will help us get started on the planning for the Formative Change Group.
