Formative Change Group
1. Congrats to our new Project Leaders: Alex, Madison, and Kate! I have attached the Project Leader roles and standards.
2. Sign up for Saphira Baker Short Course. Class will begin next Monday, Lower Seminar Room, 4-6. If you have a permanent conflict, feel free to attend the class if your conflicting class. I will email Saphira and Paul about moving the March 4th class bc of the 48 hour project.
3. Clinton Global Initiative. Email me by tomorrow noon if you are interested in representing FCG in the Clinton Global Initiative Conference in St. Louis, April 5-7th. We will help you guys with the application and funding. Application is due Jan. 30th.

6. FCG Exec Board Elections
a. 4 positions: Managing Director, Director of Finance, and two General Exec Board Members
b. Week after Spring Break- March 17-30
c. Elected Board will transition with current board for one month and then will be the official board.

7. Case Competition
a. Regional weekend long federal case competition for policy graduate students.
b. Kelly and Alex are speaking with Batten admin on dates and logistics.
c. Start thinking if you would like to help out.
a. FCG hopes to support Project Leaders and members achieve the CAPM certification through the Project Management Institute.
b. Kelly will be hosting an info. session about the CAPM exam on March 1st at noon. There will be pizza!
