Dear All FCG Members and Supporters of FCG,

Thank you for all your hard work and support during our first year of Batten's first policy consulting group, the Formative Change Group. This year we have formed FCG as a University of Virginia Contracted Independent Organization and we are nominated for two CIO Awards. We have been able to serve three clients this year: Bank On, Habitat for Humanity Greater Charlottesville, and Bridges of Peace and Hope. We have helped these clients collect and analyze data, and think more strategically on how to best serve and improve the lives of their beneficiaries. I wanted to thank everyone who has helped us this year and allowed us to take our vision from last year's Clinton Global Initiative Commitment Conference and make it a reality.

Today it is my pleasure to congratulate the New Executive Board Members of FCG who begin office today. The new leadership of the Formative Change Group are:

Madison Busch, Managing Director
Benjamin Lynch, Director of Finance
Brianna Goode, Events and Alumni Chair
Caitlin Cummings, Membership Chair
Alex Dumitriu, Community Outreach Chair

I am confident that our new leadership will continue our efforts of FCG helping clients make informed policy decisions to benefit their community and giving Batten students the opportunity to use their education to create formative change.

Sincerely,

Kelly Connors
FCG Co-founder
