How to email all collected respondents again with a new message?

I have already 60 respondents, and I need to email all of them with a personalized message (containing also their original Form data). In other words I need to trigger sending a new sort of confirmation emails to all respondents (which normally would be triggered by submitting the form). Is there any way to do this?
