I upgraded to pro and didnt work i removed it and put it back on and now i get Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app wth?

to Form Confirmation Emails - add-on for Google Forms

I paid for the pro version and nothing really happened when i put my key in. So i removed the add on the tried to put it back on then i got Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app
