The sidebar of the form conformation email add-on is showing that I have still 96 mails remaining. But I have paid to get pro-edition.

The pro edition just remove the brand notice at the bottom of the emails.

I'm having the same issue. I purchased the pro edition, received the activation code, but get this popup when I try to activate it:

ScriptError: Authorization is required to perform that action.

Verifying license, please wait ...

I have logged out and back in, twice, and it still happens.
