I purchased the $5.00 license but the add-on still says demo edition. This was 3 days ago. Can you please assist.

The "Demo link" alway disappeared at the bottom of the add-on's interface. The pro-edition remove the link at the lower part of the sent emails.

I also have this issue, I purchased the pro version and I still see that it says DEMO and it still shows my limited 100 emails is now down to 63 and dropping!
Can you please advise

The DEMO link alway disappear to help the users test the add-on's operation. Please check your confirmation email content with a test submission, the pro edition removes the trademark notice at the bottom of the email's content. The 100 emails quota is the limit both for free and pro edition.
