Cant receive email confirmation

So I paid for the pro service and there are many associations that have corporate emails and they are not receiving any confirmation emails. Even when they are signed into a gmail account, but enter there corporate email in the field "Person who is filling out this form" and I made sure your add-on is set to send confirmation emails to that field (or question). Once I enter a gmail email account it works fine. Is there a work around?
