Google forms Confirmation Email add on not working

Hi folks,

I recently added the Form Confirmation Emails for my Google Forms (I use Forms for registration). 

I click on Add Ons in the top tool bar but it only gives me the option to go to a Help page. The add on is not working. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still no luck.

Can you help?

same issue and now can't even get to the configuration
