to Form Confirmation Emails - add-on for Google Forms

When i click on Configure Confirmations
It says
A script attached to this document needs your permission to run.

then asks for permission. I allowed permission.

I get below error

Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app
This app has not yet been verified by Google in order to use Google Sign in.

Just sign out then sign in single account to configure the add-on
