Hello:
I purchased the Pro Edition on May 12 (Unique Transaction ID #5L113004RH7783328)
and I was given the following key: 145afcaa-643e-4737-ba42-29c8580f8f55
When I try to upgrade, however, the app will not accept my code.
I paid for the upgrade through my personal account at t*****r...@gmail.com, and it worked previously but now it no longer works.
Can you help fix this?

Dear Wayne,
We've just investigated your situation: FCE add-on was upgraded to Pro edition on 17, May 2016.
I've just tried a testing submission via your form (upgraded to Pro edition on 17, May 2016). I've received the confirmation email immediately. It seems to operate normally.
Please let me know more details about your add-on status:
- Does it send the email when the form receive a new submission?
- Did your form reach the daily email sending quota (the day that the add-on didn't operate)?
Note: The Pro edition key only effects one form only. After you activate it for a form, it can't be used to another.
