not getting emails

Hello. I set up a confirmation for a new form. I tried it out myself a few times and it worked well. The past few days I have not been getting the emails. I already have a few different forms that I am using with the app. Is there maybe a limit to how many different forms I can use this app with? Thanks for your help.

There is no limit of forms that use the app. Please revise the day sending quota at the bottom of the addon's interface (click refresh button). One Gmail account can send 100 emails per day (for all addon, all app).
