to Form Confirmation Emails - add-on for Google Forms
I used a the form notification add-on to a Google Form I'm using for a silent auction. I tweaked some of the fields in the app and now the add-on isn't allowing me to edit the settings. I've tried uninstalling and installing it again. If I click it, I only see Help.
