Issue about month value in confirmation email

Hello!

I have found a problem useing Form Confirmation Emails - Form add-on. The problem is with this function: ${"Response month"}. It has a wrong value because, when I submit the form on 2016.03.30. 16:45:27, then in the confirmation email is the month value=2.
Please investigate the problem.
