Problems with updating forms

I just noted that all my forms haven't been updated by the app since arround 07/09/2017.
Do you have some explanations ?
Does the google Account need to be Online to make the update ?
I had 1 update per hour on all forms i need to update since 1 month. I went in holiday since 30/08 and none have been updated during it.
I checked that the Google sheet where the app is pumping the information is updated and that's the apps which have n't done the job.
The apps is paramettred to send me an email in case of errors or warning but i didn't receive nothing since 01/07/2017 from the app.

If someones can help , that could be nice .

Please test the add-on operation by your own submission then check if the submission email receives the email or not. If the add-on does not send the email at all, let reconfigure the add-on (revise the configuration and resave) and check its operation again.
