Time zone problem

Hello,

I am testing the confirmation email, that I have adjusted. I have found that the function ${"Response hour"} is not in the Time zone as I am and who fills in the Form.
Could you modify this function, that the Time Zone will be adjustable.

According to your reporting, we've just fixed the add-on's time (expressed by tag: ${"Response hours"}) based on form owner's time zone. Please re-save the add-on, then test and let us know your result, here.

I re-saved the add-on adjustment, and tested the confirmation email.
The problem is unsolved. In the spreadsheet is the time 2016.03.31. 16:38:40, in the confirmation email 2016.03.31. 21:38.

Please investigate it.

What is your time zone? Is the confirmation email's time correct with your time zone?

Unfortunetly the confirmation email time is wrong. The right time is in the spreadsheet. I am in the Time Zone: CEST - Central European Summer Time.
