Pro Key purchased for second time - however no confirmation emails being sent

I have used the addon previously successfully - also purchasing a pro key to remove the third party branding.

I have just purchased a new pro key for a new form. Unfortunately it doesn't appear to working at all. No confirmation emails are being sent or received despite the addon being configured. 

Could you please help / refund my purchase?
