Troubleshooting permission to put an auto-confirmation ad-on on a google form

Hello,

I am trying to add an auto-confirmation to a google form.

I go to "configure confirmation," and fill out the form. But when I press save it says I need permission to do so.

What do I need to do to get permission? Do I need to go to the original person who created the form, and get permission from them somehow?

This error may be cause by signing in multiple Google account. Please sign out then sign in to configure the add-on again.
