Email confirmations not sending

After about responder 119, confirmation emails stopped being sent. This is over the course of 3 or 4 days so I know it has nothing to do with my email max quota.

Is there another reason why confirmation emails would stop being sent out?

By the time the add-on stop sending, did you setup any other add-ons that operate when the form has respondent (like this add-on)? It may affect the operation of FCE add-on.

Please open the add-on in your form and click Save button then test the confirmation or notification sending process.
