9/18/09 mtg recap:
-we ate pasta, ice cream, cookies, enjoyed good company, received an
outstanding devotional from Brad, and prayed
-decided to continue with regular FCA E meetings every 1st and 3rd
Fridays at 7:30pm. For now, meeting location is my house, 3590
Larkspur Dr, Longmont, 80503
-Eric Coppock will lead devotional for the next ~5 sessions,
continuing a series on Putting on the Full Armor of God, which he
started earlier this spring. at the finale of eric's series, we will
discuss new study options
-prayed for Karen's cousin with Brain Cancer as well as Roger Matherle
of Adrenaline TriSport
-who attended: Brad, Eric and Beth, Karen, Steve, Kirk, Lee and
Shelley, Eric
-talked about group volunteering at Longmont Cyclo-cross race, locally
at Xylinx some time in later October

Hello,

 

Eric and I just realized he is going on a men's retreat with our church Friday 10/2.  I will need to take Elias to his karate apprentice tryouts and I need to be home after that for a meal exchange I set up a month ago.  Unfortunately, neither of us will be able to make it that night.  Eric's Dad is in town on 10/16 for a few days so that evening is probably out as well.  Usually Fridays are pretty good for us, but could be tricky this month.  Sorry we will miss.
