This is relevant to the interests of the group.
Darpa are funding research into secure OS/architecture working from a
blank slate.

It looks like they are angling for an autonomic computing/artificial
immune system where they have a somewhat fixed intended behaviour they
can work towards. Which is interesting, but I don't think good enough
to justify starting from scratch. Worth keeping an eye on though.
I've been busy. I'll get around to posting some more content/
publicising in a bit.
