to MATLAB Toolbox for Functional Connectivity
Dear all,
I have uploaded a new version of the FC toolbox where we adjusted the
function of 'getallconnectivityinds'.
A new function has been added to the toolbox also. It allows
generation of connectivity matrices based on multiple input time-
series. Specifically, given input timeseries y=[y1,...,yn] :
s=getallfcmatrices (y, scan, tr, justeventmeas, scanofinterest)
returns a structure s containing functional connectivity matrices
between each pair of regions y1 to yn for the following types of
functional connectivity described fully in (Zhou et al 2009):
- xcorr: lag correlation
- coh: cross-coherence at different frequencies
- phi: mutual information
- pcorr: peak correlation
- scancorr: correlation of waveforms at a specific scan of interest
- ccorr: functional canonical correlation
Functions with for generating the connectivity matrix for each type of
connectivity described above are called from within genallfcmatrices
and are fully documented.
