REPORTS TO: COSSUP Coordinator FLSA STATUS: ExemptCLASSIFICATION: Regular Non-Merit - Serves at the discretion of the JudgePAY GRADE:  114SAFETY SENSITIVE:  NoPurpose of Job The purpose of this position is to manage the clinical and/or social services activities of participants of the Comprehensive Opioid Stimulant and Substance Use Program (COSSUP). This position acts as liaison with participants and their treatment providers, social service agencies, and other organizations.  Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing intensive case management services to participants; working with treatment providers to develop a comprehensive treatment plan consisting of integrated mental health and substance use treatment services based upon individual needs; managing the individual cases of participants and maintaining case files that capture relevant data in accordance with the Standards for the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council and Bureau of Justice Assistance; supervising partic
