Emergency Daycare needs

I have a mother in need of emergency daycare services for her 4 month old daughter so she can return to work. She is on the waiting list for the Early Headstart Program. 

Due to lack of income she would need to make future payment arrangements upon returning to work. I am reaching out to you to see if you or someone you know can assist her with finding a daycare provider to assist with FREE services &/or discounted rates.
