How to compile for Windows?

Could you please provide me information on how to compile the FBReader
in windows? Is it compiled in VC or using GCC via Cygwin? What are the
prerequisites?

Hi,

At the moment the only tested compiler is mingw. And we use a cross-
compiler under linux. If you're interested I can write a detailed
instruction.

I would be very grateful if you write at least a little recipe for me
to compile it in windows using mingw. I already tried to compile it
using the MSYS+MinGW environment, without success...
