Common field under Vista

I have a problem with version 0.10.7.installed on my Vista PC.

I use documents in Word rtf format and add those files into FBReader.
Sometimes the the Common field for a document is not correctly copied in
Common field in the Book Info record and often it is not possible to
correct the field

Can someone explain me what is wrong in my implementation of FBReader or
in FBReader
