Restored page to Version 9, edit by Ebook zealot, Aug 6 2007. Page
had been converted to porn links.

There are three other ebook resources I like:

www.munseys.com
www.manybooks.net
www.feedbooks.com

They all have mobi files or epub. I hope you like ;)

Thanks for the links. I added them to the page :)

(On a unrelated note, while editing the page I found that the page was
abused, so I returned to the previous good state and forbade any
modifications by non-managers :( )

A (minor!) point: most Baen HTML books also include an opf file; some
of these are even correct, so the "zipped HTML" can work as an OEBZIP.
Unfortunately Baen don't seem to be very good at formatting OPF files,
so this is the exception rather than the norm... :(

You could safely add http://ebooksforall.org - supports HTML, EPUB,
LRF, MOBI/PRC formats.

But has very little content in the library.

The problem that comes up with anybody offering ebooks is copyright.
The obvious resource to go and find ebooks is a place which holds books
no longer encumbered by copyright problems.

Such a site is Project Gutenberg at:

http://www.gutenberg.org/wiki/Main_Page

where you can download over 30,000 books.
