[patch] Three patches for fbreader 0.11.0

Thanks for a new source release of 0.11.0. I look forward to it being ready for
maemo 5!

You might remember that I submitted similar patches to 0.10.0. No worries.

0001 Delete 'buffer' when done to prevent leaking
0002 Use mkstemp, using mktemp is dangerous
0003 Check the return value of system()

Thank you for your efforts and sorry, I forgot to apply some previous
patches. :( As Vasiliy mentioned, now the patches are applied so all
the fixes will be included in 0.11.1.
