How to create a Frame_Device

I'm trying to learn up on 61499 using FBDK2. I need to make a frame device as required in a tutorial. Perhaps this is a stupid question,

Where in the Library folder can I get a device of the Frame_Device where I can define the bounds and grid parameters?

It's in the "hmi" folder.

Thanks Jim,

 It was worth persisting with learning using FBDK with Fischer & Boucher's widely referenced paper 05-017. I have since been able to do a couple of tutorials and am indeed getting the hang of it. 

Really appreciate your prompt response.
