Today's self-update of the FBDK includes a correction to the ASN.1 tag of the MATRIX data type. This is changed to PRIVATE 3 to eliminate a conflict with the APPLICATION 23 tag of the FBDataSequence type defined in Annex E.3.2 of IEC 61499-1. If you are using PUBLISH/SUBSCRIBE or CLIENT/SERVER to transfer a MATRIX instance, make sure that the fbrt.jar file on both ends of the communication channel is up to date.
