Greetings, some of you may have read the Frederica Williams story I wrote that was published in 2 outstanding newspapers last weekend. The story came on the heels of Frederica receiving the Sierra Leone Grammar School Alumni of North America - DC Chapter Sierra Leonean of the Year Award on the prior weekend.
There are 2 versions of the article:
the USA SL Diaspora version in Patriotic Vanguard
AND
the UK SL Diaspora version in Sierra Leone Telegraph
Both versions of the piece are adapted to their specific audiences in the 2 Sierra Leone publications. I invite you to read either version or both, however, if I were to choose, I would be biased on the side of the PV article. I say this not because I'm based in USA SL Diaspora but because the PV piece, being twice the size of the SLT article, has more content - inasmuch as the SLT piece is valid in its own right.
The Frederica Williams story speaks for itself ...
