A year after she passed, on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Colesville United Methodist Church, Silver Spring, MD, Dr. Talabi Aisie Lucan was remembered at a service and Awujoh Repast given by her children.  With permission from the children, an excerpt on Dr. Lucan from a documentary in the making "The Sierra Leone Story" (working title) was screened during the event.  Below is a 5 and 1/2 minute clip of a truly great Sierra Leonean heroine!  Our appreciation to the Lucan children, Althea, Daphne and Desmond.
