upload photo to a page

I saw that in the past you could use 'ADDPIC AS' to upload photo to the page album I am administrating. Since 'AS' was deprecated I do not see how the same can be done (tried different options). I need something like ppost that goes to the album (maybe paddpic). Am I missing something in the documentation?
