fbcmd [v1.0-beta5-dev1] ERROR: NOTICES
[200] The "manage_notifications" permission is required in order to
query the user's notifications.
I've started getting this error today for "notices" only. A quick
"fbcmd showperm" does show no manage_notifications permission. Bug?

fbcmd addperm manage_notifications
That should fix it :) I'm assuming they just haven't updated the list of permissions yet. If they use something like SVN or git, maybe I'll update it =D
