PLEASE: Can you add UFT-8 Support?

I'm going to start another thread on unicode support... clearly a popular request.

What's the core issue for you? displaying it in the terminal? entering it at the terminal? (I presume both?)

In general, I haven't figured out if it's a terminal issue, php issue, facebook issue, or "me" issue because I did things naively.

It would be good if someone had a "hello, world"-ish simple example that did it right.
