Hello everyone just a friendly reminder about two upcoming events.

December 12: Wood Heating Workshop: The next workshop in FBC's Renewable Energy workshop series will address biomass technologies such as fire wood, pellets, wood chips and even methane from biomass. As well we will discuss the wide range of applications for such technology, from heating space, water or even generating electricity, with representatives of WETT (Wood Energy Technology Transfer Inc), retailers, and local individuals who successfully use creative applications of these technologies. December 15: Green Hot Cinema: The World according to Monsanto is the next film in this winter season screenings of socially, environmentally, economically, politically conscious films. Monsanto is a giant of a multinational corporation responsible for products such as terminator seeds, genetically modified corn and destroying subsistence farming world-wide. Come learn about how this corporation is with our food systems.
