Sending Private Message to a friend

Is there a way of sending private messages to a user's friend using fb_graph?

No, you can't.

You can't send private messages via Graph API.

Hmm.. is there any other way of sending private messages?

I was going through fb_graph source code on Git. I saw message class under FbGraph module.

Just curious to know what they do?

You can send an email to f...@facebook.com from b...@facebook.com via SMTP.

They also have XMPP-based Chat API, it's for "real-time" chatting though.

FB is still testing Messaging Graph API, and FbGraph::Message also for testing purpose.

(Before, the API was provided to limited developers, but I think it's totally closed now)
