Found black dog in Westchase area

Hi Everyone,
As I was driving out of Westchase today I saw a black lab who was
running up and down the street. He had been swimming in the lake and
was obviously lost from his owner. I took him to Countrychase
Veterinary and Westchase Veterinary. He was scanned but does not have
a microchip. I finally had to take him to Ehrlich Animal Hospital and
thankfully - they will keep him until Friday before calling Animal
Services - (they only give the dog three days and I don't even want to
say what they do then) :(
PLEASE look at the attached pictures and see if you know whose dog
this is!!!
