Three quick things:

(1) FAWM COMPILATION CD #6.
For FAWM 2010 participants, we've now posted details for our sixth
annual fawmpilation CD, "14 Songs in 28 Days." The deadline to submit
your music is SEPTEMBER 1, 2010. Details here: http://cd6.fawm.org

(2) 50 SONGS IN 90 DAYS.
FAWM's summertime sister challenge is 50/90, which started a couple of
weeks ago. The goal is to write 50 new songs in 90 days and runs
through October 1. So far nearly 400 fawmers have signed up and
written over 1,300 new songs. It's not too late to join up and write
new music alongside a like-minded community, even if you don't intend

(3) WEEKLY COLLABORATION CHALLENGE.
As a bonus for 50/90 this year: Weekly collaboration opportunities!
When you log in to your 50/90 account and edit your profile, you will
see an option to opt-in to this service. If you opt in, you will be
paired up with a songwriting partner with the goal of co-writing a
song for the week. Pairings are announced every Monday starting July
19 and running until the end of 50/90. That website again is:
