Hey Kevin: As of trying to start the Blue on my phone at 8:20PM Central time, it connected IMMEDIATELY! Since there's such a horrible delay in getting our posts to the thread here, did you repair the glitch before this time... or am I on to something that got me functioning again?? In doing some desperate research to get my laptop back connected, I just happened to come across this tidbit from a competitor (sorry 😉):
"(On 6/30/2018 Google pushed a buggy update of Play Store which breaks license verifications. This has caused ALL PAID app to fail when checking licensing, including the FoxFi Key app. Google has since fixed the issue in another Play Store update on 7/3/2018. Please open Play Store->Menu->Settings->tap "Play Store Version" and update to 10.7.19 or later.)"
I was running 10.7.18... I pushed Play to update, and it appeared to go through the notions, but my version # didn't upgrade, so for poops & giggles, I rolled it back instead. Currently running 10.6.08, then immediately tried-- and SUCCEEDED-- starting Klink on my phone! Did I inadvertently work some layperson magic? LOL

Good score Kris! I checked my Goofup Play Store and it was 10.7.18. It supposedly downloaded something different. When I restarted the phone it was updated  to 10.7.19 and Klink works as usual again.

Well, shoot.  That makes perfect sense!  It also explains why some people (ahem my phones) never ran into problems because of the timing of automatic updates. Thank you for digging up that little tidbit and for letting everyone know right here. 😀

My phone isn't allowed to do automatic updates. It looks like I ran the phone updates yesterday morning and that's when I got nailed. The next time I tried to use Klink, it was dead.

Yay! Thanks for the info, updating to the new version of play store seemsto have done the trick!

I guess my diligence... and desperation... to be "KLINKED" again brought us all a big win!! To me, it seemed too simple of a fix, as I used to work right next to IT people and sometimes had to report to them what issues were happening on certain operating systems, but, I figured there was no harm in trying!! Seemed way too coincidental that there were tons of reviews for that other product that were dated today that had their product also not connect. Once again, HURRAY!!! Happy surfing, everyone!
