Hi,
I don't see anything unusual from my end. Are you still having problems? It's possible, though extremely rare, that you might be unable to access the license check servers at Google.
Otherwise, have you added another Google account to your phone? If so, do go into the Play Store app, bring up the left-side menu, tap on the account, and select your old Google Account.
Also, do try clearing the Play Store's data:
- Phone settings
- Applications
- Google Play Store
- Clear data
- Re-open play store, and accept the usage agreement.
It might also help to tap on "Uninstall updates" in the above and restart your phone.
Finally, make sure that you've not inadvertently enabled the built-in hotspot/usb tether modes on your phone, as they will tend to disrupt connectivity when a PC is connected.
