That's really strange! We'll get this working, since you had it
working just fine before.
Somehow the tap-win32 device decided to stop working.
Could you load up Windows device manager by running "devmgmt.msc" from
the start menu. Expand network adapters and see if the tap-win32
adapter is working ok.
My first suggestion would be to install the pc software using
add/remove programs and then rerun the installer to reconfigure the
tap device.

Since you have an EVO, could you verify that "HTC Compatibility" is
*disabled* from within the Settings window of the PC application? You
can reach that page by clicking on the "Settings" button in the main
window of the PC application.
That option should only be checked when using older versions of HTC
sync that refuse to work with Klink. If used with a newer version of
HTC sync, you will experience regular disconnects as HTC sync tries to
take control of your phone from Klink.
This is my fault, as I should have labeled that better.
Also, do you get some sort of error window on disconnect?
