A couple of years ago I had FAVE running fine on my PC. Since then I had to reinstall windows because of an error and am now trying again. I've redownloaded all the dependencies for extract, according to the wiki (though not those for align because I'm using a different aligner) and checked my path but I can't get FAVE-extract to run. I don't get any error messages though, just a blank terminal (see attached shot). The files I'm using worked with FAVE before so there shouldn't be any formatting issues. Can anyone suggest what I've missed or what I should check?

Issue closed...slightly embarrassingly I had python in my user variables but not my system variables!
